“Go on,” Kylo prodded almost gently, shifting in his seat. “He likes it. You can tell, can’t you? He’ll let you right inside, and you don’t even have to ask nicely.”
Mitaka swallowed hard, his own pulse pounding noisily. His poor heart probably had to work twice as hard just to keep some of the blood in his body from instantly pooling in his groin. And Kylo’s words certainly weren’t helping.

Armitage was raised by his mother on Arkanis. The Arkani people do all they can to stay out of the cold war between the New Republic and the First Order, but given the long and violent military occupation of their planet, neutrality isn’t easy. When the New Republic sends more troops planetside, tensions between the civilians and the Republican soldiers rise beyond control.
Ben is growing impatient for his upcoming Jedi trials. When Council plans fall through and the threat of war escalates, he is sent to Arkanis on two missions: defuse the struggle with the Arkani people, and prepare for war.
